Salem Chapel is the oldest (still standing) non-conformist chapel in Wales with a school room dating back to 1647. From 2019 to 2022 the chapel was extensively and sympathetically restored as a purpose built Yoga studio. We are the only Iyengar Yoga (UK) affiliated centre in Wales.
The centre is available to hire for Iyengar Yoga workshops and retreats and for other activities which are not contrary to the principles of Iyengar yoga. The main hall has underfloor heating and is fully equipped with props for up to 30 students. Our comfortable reception area and cafe space has a kitchen, coffee machine and wi-fi.
